Rights to recordings (audio, videos, photos)

By participating, you giv your consent to images (film and/or photo) and sound recordings being made of you and your additional guest during the event (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Recordings"). These recordings may be used and exploited in all physical and non-physical media, formats and channels by IFA Management GmbH, Charlottenstraße 4, 10969 Berlin, or by its representatives, licensees and vicarious agents, for all commercial and non-commercial purposes. In this respect, you waive the assertion of the "right to your own image".

This means that you grant IFA Management GmbH (i)the exclusive right to store and archive the Recordings in databases and similar digital archives, (ii) the right to reproduce, distribute, broadcast, reproduce and make available to the public the Recordings, via the Internet and online applications, by means of presentations at professional events by means of advertising material,  performances, screenings, both in whole and in part, and in combination with other content, and (iii) the right to copy, reproduce, alter or technically modify the Recordings for all such aforementioned purposes.

With regard to the foregoing assignment of rights, you warrant that you are entitled and authorized to transfer such rights to the Recordings, and that the use of the Recordings in accordance with the transferred rights by IFA Management GmbH (including affiliated companies and its business partners) does not violate any applicable law and/or copyright or other rights of any third parties. You shall indemnify and hold harmless IFA Management GmbH (and its affiliates, successors, vicarious agents and licensees) against all claims by third parties resulting from the contractual exercise of the rights to the Recordings transferred pursuant to the above transfer of rights.*
